In gratitude to Consciousness, CC, D, Blue-Blue, the Chickens, Brad, and all of Family for the support yesterday after the Coherence Healing session. Today I feel self-worth and dignity. I am experiencing the truth of Kindness to Self=Kindness to Others. WOW! I generate the light within by observing it. Then I can hit it into the universe as Love. Woo-hoo! And special appreciation to the family member who called on Brad for me and suggested such a brilliant action.

Hi beautiful family! I had such a beautiful poppin experience today at work and I just had to share. I work in a restaurant 2 days a week as a server. I wear very minimal make-up, no jewelry, and a very plain work uniform. Same thing every week.

But today I waltz into to work and multiple co-workers on separate occasions throughout the night kept asking me, "Liz what are you doing different? You are looking good girlfriend! What's your secrect? You on some new skin care regiment? You eating something different?

I was flattered and loving all the compliments but at first I have to be honest I was a little confused as to why so many people were noticing something different about my appearance. I had not done anything different in my hair, clothing or anything else to warrant the attention.

Then all of a sudden after about the 4th or 5th compliment it hit me! I thought to myself, "Holy shit, They are all seeing the effects of the Echo I chose for myself!!!" Which one can surmise by the title of this post is Echo #5 Optimal Physical and Mental Health.

As soon as I realized that's what was taking place I started to do a little jig in the kitchen. All I gotta say is family this shit works! Stick with it fam!! Sending you all massive amounts of love! 💗💗💗

I have been with Cornelius for just over a year. I committed to six months but strongly feel you need a full year to see significant changes. I noticed small changes all along the way by feeling calmer, clearer thinking, and more confident in my choices. After six months I felt a shift. The changes in the second six months has been life altering as I find myself on a completely new path. Through steady growth attributed to the healing sessions, masterclasses and open discussions, I have left a marriage and job with a good income, weaned out the energy suckers and unsupportive friends and family, and created a more fulfilling life for myself. I continue to grow and change and feel happier, more intuitive, confident about what's right for myself and I find it easier to take leaps of faith in new directions. The healing sessions are incredible but the insight gained from hearing Cornelius talk with members about personal issues that most all can relate to have provided significant growth as well. We are really part of a kind loving family and I have no plans to ever leave this group!

Iv'e been doing Coherence since the start of April this year and have noticed quite a few changes! I am more peaceful and alert. I have got my diet right I have had abundance and feel a lot calmer. These techniques are amazing would recommend to anyone!

So I wasn't in that session about something about manifesting $10. But I was given an art commission for a hotel's restaurant in upstate NY and have delivered and was paid for half ($1000). Although still waiting for the second half I'm sure it's already happened. And just this afternoon I got another chance to make $300.


I was worried about paying some bills but it just happened. It sorted itself out.

I had a good experience with using the magical mirror process and thought it might be good to share this today. It actually works!

First time 1,5 years ago when I read in the OneO book about the magical mirror exercise, I felt this was for me. Two weeks ago I was entered by an unpleasant fear. I thought then «this is a moment to do the magical mirror. Exercise». Doing the process I wrote on the mirror «I am fear». While I was staying with and scrutinizing this experience of myself as fear, it dawned on me that I am not fear, I am Love. I felt a growing gratitude, relief and happiness for this and went through the mirror with that gratitude of being Love. On the other side taking in the experience of myself as Love, I realized my thoughts were fare away from me on the left side looking like half moons they were no more in what I perceived to be my mind. I relized I still had thoughts, but not the random ones. When I was looking at the thoughts far at the left side, I also realized it was created a distance between me and and the thoughts visualized to me as a split like a sissors opening. Being in this experience I noticed it was still a delay in the thoughts I felt generated by me. I got a feeling of, and tI hought «if it is a delay perceived by me and not the immediate being of the thought, then this can’t be fully me either?», so I looked around and realized it was also a version of me behind me observing me as the one deliberately thinking and the random thoughts far away. I stayed in this experience for some time, it felt supergood to be free of the random thoughts, and I felt rested afterwards.

My doc sent me for my yearly bone density test.

Mind you, the last year I was in bad shape with barely able to walk without.

falling, walker dependent, daily seizures. Therefore no work outs to strengthen my bones

This Doc has been with me for 20 years.

When I told her of my healing ; no more meds, Walking, no seizures and about

Oneo.love, she said,"Mj you've been a five layer cake just waiting for the cherry on top and. I think you have found it!"

When the results came in regarding my bone density test in November , she said,

" THIS IS AMAZING , Mj, YOUR SPINE HAS IMPROVED AND YOUR HIP IS UNCHANGED!"

There you go folks. For a woman entering her 70,s who had signs of osteoporosis;

This is AMAZING!!

Hello beautiful souls.

I found Cornelius through Bracha and Blossom. In February 2023 when I joined I was using a voice amplifier to talk. My lungs were damaged after that thing that went around. I had been in intensive care for 8 days and the docs threatened me with an induced coma. At that point I didn't realist I had consciously disagreed, my own version of it. When I joined Coherence Healing I took the introduction in Blossom's name (what an absolute gift). I couldn't do the first 3.6.9 breath of the Tesla 3.6.9 breathing without struggling for breath at first, I felt sick and dizzy and it was painful. Now I thoroughly enjoy Shiva breath or 2.0 breath, just because I can... and it is so relaxing. Every meditation with CC is a brand new experience and some are emotionaly challenging. I can't give up now. Look how far I've come. There is so much more to do.

Greetings Family

Just over a year it has been since starting CH and I can assure you that the commitment to attending is beyond being 'worth it'. Every cell in my body - I feel, is brand new and upgraded. No more obsessive thoughts and desires or imaginary conversations and movies happening in my head. This is a relief on its own. deep held anxiety surfaced after doing many sessions releasing anxiety in sessions in late 2022. I'd gone to work after a CH session. I felt a ball of fear and anxiety rising up from my gut and going into my mind as a type of extreme panic, this intense fear and anxiety were released as a bucket of tears. From then on I rarely got those anxious butterfly feelings about things I was nervous of. My patience has increased with my daughter (teenager) I'm much calmer and have experienced wonderful releases during sessions that took me completely by surprise because I had no expectations 😊 my intuition and clarity have increased which gives me early insight with things that arise . I no longer have headaches monthly. I love Coherence Healing, it has provided a clear pathway to having a relationship with Consciousness that I have deeply wanted. I now often see Consciousness in subtle ways and in cement trucks! Gratitude And Appreciation to CC , D and P-B and of course Family and Great Spirit/Consciousness 🩵🧡🩷💜💙💚💛

Ive been unable to attend many live CH sessions recently, no internet, moving house, (into the unknown yet known at a deep level, the fool stepping off the cliff, done it so many times, its beautiful) so Ive been relying on recorded meditations when I wake up in the morning to centre me and lower stress levels.

This morning i played CH 13, Tesla breathwork, and meeting the Hopi guides. Incredible. Truth seeker spoke to me, showed me where my strength comes from, hes always been with me and always will be. Tears are still running down my face.
