The Masterclass was difficult to hear but very true. I have so much work to do it feels overwhelming and the perfection pattern wants to rare its head. Deep breath, keep going. I enjoyed practicing feeling where the emotions were held in the body and feeling it move around the body until it left. I will keep practicing. Moving forward towards Patricia 2.0 💙

Todays Masterclass was fabulous. So much information and great chats as usual. Thank you for all your work Cornelius and D behind the scenes. Everything feels like it's coming together. Unpeeling the old layers and letting go as I become aware of my true and fake self/patterns. 🙌🏼. I saw 11 cement trucks afterwards on my way to work. After months of waiting and looking for the appropriate acreage rental for myself, family dogs cat birds, mini horse, disability clients, trying to remain in flow....sleeping on the floor on a camping mattress for the last 6 weeks at my son's, with 8 dogs and a cat,, and all my stuff in storage,.....I finally tonight am going to sleep on a mattress. My back is so grateful. And it does make me think about homeless people. I see why Cornelius and D support homeless charities. Cornelius said we must cancel this booking ourselves to get our session credit back. If you dont cancel you loose a session that you could reschedule.
