What does this mean? Does it mean that you can swap out a CH session for a C&D session?

Does it happen automatically if you takeout a C&D membership?

If you miss a session, is there an audio catch-up? and to access this, do you need to have booked the session?

I am struggling to book sessions. I have a plan for coherence 14 which is meant to renew today 11th July. I tried to book this morning and it wouldn't so I bought a single pass.

I have tried to book for Monday Circle and dot and it still won't let me. I thought I may need to get a whole new plan and when I did try to it said I already had a valid plan. It just doesn't access it.

Help please.
