this afternoon i thought i must ask for help.....i have not been very good at putting my hand up......asking for help has not been my strong point my entire help......anyway this week i have had itchy swollen hands and today it was super painful.......i put my hand up.........i need help.....miracles always happen ,,,,,,, i think th elady called jan......was the perfect mirror for me.....thank you thank you....i shook and cried and touched on a similar theme of unworthy and i would have strong .....there is something wrong with me running behind the scenes....anyway my hands are so much better after the session....i am catching up with my perfect health and deep;y grateful for cornelius and his incredible enthusiasm and listening skills....changing my inner belief systems....turning up and putting my hand up........thank you hands for helping me to show up and be counted...........
