I like to share my experience with the silent echo from yesterday.

In the beginning a variation of an old mantra came into my thoughts: "I am still and I know that I am God."

That thought stayed with me until Cornelius said something and that shocked me out of the stillness.

When I used this mantra for the first time (many, many years ago) I did not comprehend or experienced it's real meaning and I forgot about it.

I had chosen Echo nr. 8 for the month of June: Inner Peace and emotional well-being.

Now, years later, I really experienced the stillness and the meaning!

I went to bed with it and I woke up with it and it stays in my thoughts.
