More friends have reached out to me since to connect which is very nice and the MOST MAGICAL thing happened on Wednesday. My train was delayed according to my app so I left home much later than usual. I walked to the train station and saw someone that I recognised who didn't give me eye contact. She walked past me and for a second I wondered whether to call out her name. I did and she stopped and turned around. It's my friend Carlie who I haven't seen for around 11 years!!

Last time I was in touch with Carlie, she lived in my now neighbourhood and I didn't think she lives round here anymore. We hugged and hugged and hugged. She said she hardly ever walks down that route where we saw each other but somehow she did that morning. It was meant to be!! We are both so happy and missed each other. We lost touch (I consciously stopped connecting) as she is a school friend of my ex-bf at the time and I thought most communications were very one-way, it was too painful (I needed to heal) and maybe she chose a side (my own belief/assumption/programming). She said she often wondered how I was, wrote a draft email a few years ago but never sent it. Her husband and her were convinced that they saw me in a ramen shop 2 weeks ago (but I was in Hong Kong) in the neighbourhood even though they didn't know that I moved round there. So it's been magic and unicorns!! 🦄🌟😍

I invited them and their daughter to mine for a Lunar New Year lunch on Saturday. I love hosting and I missed it. It was so great to catch up. We laughed, we played Uno, we ate loads and it was all very surreal for all of us. After over 10 hours of fun, we called it a night and I am still in disbelief. I'm in awe and I'm so grateful.

We were all very different 11 years ago... and they have also been healing, self-actualising and also talking about a better world where everyone is win-win and we lift each other up. No more suffering, no more hierarchy, etc. Wow, wow, wow!!

On the same day (Wednesday), I saw some colleagues from overseas that I didn't expect to see and a colleague who is now a widower with his baby. I felt so blessed that day and I still do.

Consciousness (through Cornelius) is right. The message came through again last night during Q&A about the echo we choose and how it manifests. It might not come how we think it does and might not arrive when we think it does (like Uber Eats or Amazon delivery - they can also be late). When it does, it can be little and it can be so huge. And the wave keeps coming back to us.

So grateful. Thank you Consciousness, Cornelius and this whole family for the echos. I'm floored.
