    To Susan Forma

As I just said in another post, I don't often write here... but I have been in your shoes and wore an osteo (fecal) bag for a full year--even though a large cancerous tumor in colon near rectum was healed/disappeard 100% by a healer friend in London (via Skype), the surgeon's and hospital's protocol demanded that the first layer of the colon be scraped away. Painful 5-month recovery. Yes, pooping numerous times/day is called for, but DIET will help reduce this. Pay attention to what you eat for food items that can cause inflammation--causing what feels as though something is growing "down there"(raw veggies--I do only heavily steamed veggies; no to yellow mustard--for me; no to sugar of any type; etc. Yes, I (not my loving husband) eat a very bland, yet healthy, clean diet. I'm learning how to spice it up in various ways as my palette/taste buds change thru several years.

For those unaware, an osteo (fecal) bag must be changed every 2 hours, day and night. The only thing that cancelled out the smell in the bathroom was lighting 2 large-sized match books and waving them around. My hubby and I got many belly laughs from this

    creative step of mine.

Dearest Susan, it's not easy, yet focus 100% on the outcome you do want and not on what you don't want. You'll become Super Woman doing this especially when pain from a body part is calling to you.

Practice becoming stronger than it. Not always easy and not always fun. The oncologist who treated me at that time in fact called me

Super Woman (in his mind)... I just simply refused to give in to anything less than a Miracle and ignored him.

Fortunately, I am married to a man who makes me laugh A LOT! Even if I wasn't, I like to watch silly, lovely romcoms or anything funny or Inspiring where I end up laughing out loud and lifting up my POV. I have maybe two True Friends who hold Light&Love for me and don't think of me in negative terms (had cancer, etc.) and

believe in, as CC says, "Magic & Miracles." One friend especially is

an amazing person who can manifest joyfully--and is my buddy (along with my hubby). I Am Blessed.

I have had my lovely body back for several years now and am Deeply, Deeply Grateful numerous times throughout the day--especially in the bathroom!😂

Be well. Continue your path; YOU ARE NOT ALONE. EVER. Keep looking up even when it's really hard.

I Love You; I'll continue sending Love&Light to your colon😉... and YOU in your entirety. Btw, I called the cancer in my body "The Messenger" as it revealed to me where I was out of balance. I corrected that. Daily, we must keep our minds, our emotions, our Spirits, our Souls in Balance.

Per Milton Beryl (deceased comedian--my body is 74 yo, but I don't look it): Laughter is like a mini vacation. So True... and FUN!

You've got this; Now, keep going forward. xox
