What a beautiful class today!

Cornelius/Consciousness dropped so many golden nuggets of wisdom and fundamental truths of the universe, it made my head spin. 😍

The highlight for me was when Cornelius asked each of us to send the circle and dot to Belinda's heart and lungs.

For the first time since I joined CH in February, I felt my heart vibrating and tingling as I did so.

I could feel the collective energy of everyone who was doing the same.
