I did Echo No. 5 in Dece ber but as CC it can go on and in early January got hit by a serious virus waking up with various additional symptoms daily like eyes watering but caring at edges, and I kept telling myself it's o.k. the toxins are getting released. A constant dull headache, panic attacks that I would want go leave my bed and go do some pending light chore calm down and return to bed, high fever and reduced next day by my own home remedies, with some help from Advil ibuprofen, then a blocked left ear with slight shooting pain, which is still lingering. So I felt the Dec. Echo guided me thru this 2 weeks of body discomforts and I kept appreciating all the little encouraging signs of improvement I felt.

So this month chose 11 with some doubts between 10 or 11. And it is working subtly too. Gratitude for all the positives helps. Plus all the sessions I did all through. So thank you all.

also would like to mention a cousin of mine in Virginia was having serious heart issues then and so focusing on someone else getting updates a d sending love and healing to someone else also helped. ❤ 💗 ♥ wins always. My cousin has returned home and progressing daily.
