Wanted to share this:

The negative aspect I chose was " let's get out of here ( planet earth), it's too difficult ". I have been dealing with this issue in this lifetime, it's a carry over from my previous lifetimes where I chose to exit, or let the Dark push me off, did not take a stand and fight.

Sams scenario in this lifetime, and I have been trying to overcome this , so many situations had come up and I had managed to hold on, but having to really work at it. So in today's session, finally did it!

There is a shift in my energy, I feel more of myself has come in with that aspect/energy leaving. Feel more grounded and settled.

It is a very big deal for me as I have been working on this issue all my life.

I am 76 years old. How can words convey the shift ?
