Lovely family,

As many might know I had been guided to travel to Cuba. That trip allowed me to have one of many realizations which I'd like to share as it is massive for me:

Things did not quite go the way the travel agency had planned which lead me to sitting on a beautiful beach, all on my own... frustrated and discontented. I caught myself being unhappy and thought to myself well this is neat I should be happy!... I am one of the lucky ones to be able to travel to this location!... then I realized it 💥 I was sitting on a sunny beach unhappy about unhappy! That cracked me up😅 and lead to me realizing: 1. no matter where I go, live or with who I am, I will always take myself with me, therefor the importance to take care of self 2. if I do not find inner peace, happyness etc in the inside, I will only spend my entire life chasing something in the outside! Masssiiiveee right?!?! I knew this intellectually all along but when it hit you on that deeper lever, it just is something else 😆

Then today's 2.0 session, next flash of awarness: I often are shown the people I willnexte meet who will help me level up or be a potential partner and a few weeks back I was shown this beautiful human being, no face or details only a being glowing with the purest + most loving white light.

Observing my thoughts today, I kept observing how my inner chatter keeps going to futur events, imaginary chatter with people, ... at some point I saw how, from myself sitting on the sofa, white light was streaming out! ... and I just had the knowing that that being I had seen, was not a potential partner, but myself! This sentence popped into my mind: I am the love that I seek! 😭 I am so greatful for this realization, for me sticking with this even though doubt and frustration come up...

I know for a fact that I have changed in ways that I do not yet understand due to staying true to my decision to stick with it
