I went to a crystal healer because I was curious. I had a somatic experience. My eyes began to flutter and would not stop. I decided to open them all the way, but couldn't so I decided to close them tightly but couldn't so I decided to let them continue. Even then I knew I had nothing to do with it, the need to control was so strong.

i have been happy and that continues. Consciousness is giving me ways to notice my stuff to let go ..... I had a misunderstanding with my older sister. Our interaction sent me right back to my childhood loops patterns etc. I didn't like it. Good thing I am learning to not listen to that silly "I'. I sent us both love and when we talked we both apologized for the misunderstanding. This is huge for me. One of my patterns is to think I arrived and get thrown when I realize I have not! It is a journey and the small things will eventually not bother me and all things will become small things. I think this shit works. Thank you for witnessing my progress.
