I found ONEo last November 2022. If I had not found this amazing group I would not be here today. I took care of my parents for 6 years and when I asked for help from my older brother he never had the time, or he would come get my parents but leave them after an hour and and call me to go get them because he could not stay longer. My younger brother I left alone because he was in the same situation I was but with his wife. My beautiful sister came to pick up my spirits when ever she could. She stayed with me from September 2022 to March 2023 to help me care for our parents. My father passed November 2022 and I was not there. My brothers took over care for a week so that I could spend time with my sons and try to rejuvenate my broken spirit. It was during this time that I started attending the sessions as I was able. By the end of March, my mother had increased the hurtful things she had told me all of my life and I was tired. I knew if I stayed I would have been dead long before she passed. She passed in May. I turned the care back over to my brothers because I was more concerned for my own health than for my mother. In Septemeber we finally closed the trust. My brothers ganged up on me saying some very hurtful and hateful things, which broke my heart.

I used many different techniques that were taught in the group and was able to walk away knowing I would never see either one of them again because I get to CHOOSE who is a member of my family. I realized that their vibrations would just bring me down to where they were and I was NOT going back to that vibration. I was able to stand in my own power. I am still working on forgiving both of them and forgiveness is coming. I have seen them in Budda's cave and when I do my heart constricts and tears flow. But I still work on forgiving them and myself.

I am so grateful for Consciousness and Cornelius. To Cornelius for the awakening that he went through and how patient he is with trying to show us how we can heal our selves both physically and emotionally. To Consciousness for never giving up on me.
