Dearest CC and ALL this beautiful family,

Yesterday’s Buddah’s Cave AND Echo was spoken to not only our dear friend John K, regards our mutual friend,

But also the Echo to me Personally.

I have been doing Echo #5 since December. I have used it in  many situations for my health and well being over these many months; To Great Results.

As I am experiencing an end of life to a member of my heart and my oldest son’s father, emotions and thoughts have flooded my being.

I believe I was spoken to directly from consciousness during yesterday’s Echo.

My arms flew up over my head right before befor CC spoke, “ You made The Right Decision At The Time!”

And then I heard CC say,

“Someone just got it!”

Although I heard, “ She just got it!”

As I continued to have somatic reactions, my smile broke free, as did my heart.  I am now free in ways I was not previously.

I am a walking, seizure free, pain free, woman due to my commitment to these meditations.

John K. turned my husband Sergio and me onto CC one year ago.

Four months later, in October my healing occurred overnight.

Sergio and I continue to join in this wonderful world of OneO and we 

ARE GRATEFUL EVERYDAY.
