Inroads to the heart; “just being honest:”

This morning’s journal entry:

Choosing the Self, wholeheartedly, I consciously disagree with the ego’s patterns and loops that have my mind spinning on “When will it be my turn? Why am I not among the chosen?”

To say, “I choose” and give myself wholeheartedly to that choice, the choice to align with Creation, an open portal to gifting and receiving, dissipates the apparent woundedness that the ego carries as a badge to prove my unworthiness. I release the belief and all associated emotional baggage from a “wound” that has held my mind captive in the dim suspicion that I might never overcome the blocks to coherence and healing.

My renewed awareness of my Self as having chosen to be born, and to experience literally everything that has transpired since then, will be my sole (Soul) reference point from here on out. There is nothing among the myriad events and encounters that will dissuade my mind and heart from this essential truth: I am of God as I am and always have been. No separation, no hesitation.

Om purnam-idam…**

To see myself as perfection, from which nothing can be added nor subtracted, is to know, without a doubt, that you, too, are of God, whole, complete and happy as a Soul having chosen to be embodied and present, here, now. Take the perfect from the perfect, the perfect remains.

Separation is an illusion. Hierarchies within the physical realm simply dissolve in the Heart of God. My heart opens to receive ALL of the Gifts of Creation pouring forth from within. I open my hands to both receive and release in full measure to any and all whose path crosses my own and whose brave heart I acknowledge from having made this pilgrimage to the earthly plane.

The easiest path for me is to simply ignore the overlay of mistaken notions I’d hidden away and hoarded in my heart, so that giver and receiver can be fully known and expressed as who I truly am and have always been.

Gratitude to Consciousness and to Cornelius who has opened this platform and forum to the OneO community. Our recent Coherence Healing and You 2.0 sessions have focused on resistance. Whenever my heart quivers with a shadow of doubt or fear, I recall Cornelius placing two of his own tears on my tongue, and summoning the honey bees so that I might taste the sweetness of my voice once again. One tender act of kindness begets another with a rippling and wide-ranging impact.

I treasure and receive so much in the exchanges that follow the sessions and marvel at our mutual willingness to shine the light and be so vulnerable in the company of so many others and before God. My blessings and thanks to each of you!
