last night i raised my hand after cornelius seemed so confused so few people had raised their hand.........my movie screen was just full of joy........no details just joy......i am rewriting my script.....undoing the loops......during one of the shares i owned i too have been half hearted..sometimes not focusing on the meditation....rarely raising my hand......i love to stay hidden.......this morning i woke for the 5 am session....put some clothes on....normally i just roll over and go back to sleep with the session running in the background.....this morning i arrived on the sofa and my session had disappeared. before i switched on so i just determined to joing the session and sat and meditated for 45 minutes connecting my heart with the consciousness of the group....thank you cornelius for waking me up to making a commitmet to myself..........my movie doesnt have weed or caffeine...two major addcitions i have battled with......my movie doesnt have victim consciouness ,,,,,2.0 has helped me track my thinking looping thought patterns and i conscioulsy disagree with negative thinking or catastrophic outcomes which was another one of my tendencies.......thank you thank you thank you....without the weed and caffeine( the latter only for ten days now ) i feel such an empowerment that i can change......i stopped the weed the week before the new web site went up because i knew i had to be part of the change and stop sitting on the sofa watching other people do it!!!!!.....my new website went live on 23/08/23.....i called my web site builder on 08/08.2023.......i love numbers and synchronicity.......anyway so rapid the turn around of no web site to a web site with all my new paintings on............last night i got a text from a dear friend who said the paintings made him feel calmer ...this was real confirmation that my paintings can bring coherence and balance back into the world.....that i can spread joy and happiness not just through my every day life but also through my work.....thank you cornelius thank you family thank you for helping me find joy in what i do and being free from addiction......... i going to start raising my hand because i am commiting to cornelius ...i want to match his commitment to life and to spreading joy happiness and healing.........have a great day........and i hope the moring session was as miraculous as my morning has been.........
