I was listening to You 2.0 ,New Shivas Tunnel when you practice Shivas breath first.When the light was in front of me near the end of session I felt I could feel it there more then in the past .As it past through me I was not sure it did as much as I tried to visualise it. My vibration needed clearing and raising.I did not feel much change.I then started to practice Be Still and know I Am God/Consciousness.I really then could see/sense a light in front of me. It seemed like lots of shards of light coming through me.When it finished I felt so much lighter and clearer.I was crying with gratitude,it must have been real and Shivas light past through me after session had finished .To confirm this was true Archangel Metatron who I have been connecting with every day with his Metatron’s Cube shines beautiful Magenta pink in my eyes.A little later my ears buzz and this is how I know Archangel Sandalphon is with me.He has a seal with sacred symbols,one of which is you guessed it the One O symbol.I feel so blessed and supported by this wonderful Coherance Family ,angels and Archangels.

I just want us to know to just keep turning up for yourselves in this amazingly beautiful supportive family.Even if you do not feel anything is happening it is,and one day you get a wonderful connection and healing like me. Please keep,keeping on.We are being loved and supported.
