This one involves a few physical wins and a fun one.

With Cornelius, Coherence Healing, One O a way of life, Dojo B, You 2.0 I have healed my back!!!

Meaning no more back pain!!!!! 😃

I did my first strength work out last month and I played tennis for the first time in 4 years!!!!!!😃

I walk every morning and today I did my first HIIT workout (high intensity interval training) I haven't done that in 4 years either!!!

I also manifested a ping pong table that I found in a park while going on a walk one evening. It was like nothing I have seen before. It was a public ping poing table in a beautiful park and it's made out of concrete and I also found people to play against. 🏓😎

Playing ping pong brings me joy and I was just talking about how I wanted to play it a couple of times that day before I found the outdoor table.

I am feeling grateful, stronger and happier.
