Some more progress I wozld love to share with you all 💗

As you may have gathered, i was in Cuba for 2 weeks with no acess to non cuban internet sites… so no OneO audios, impossible to phone european landlines etc… kind of cut off from the world…

And as things go it is these situations where we can rely but on ourselves that we often surpass ourselves!

Blodclot from the long travel to Cuba in my left leg healed! How? Just the way we do in sessions: i placed loving awareness on the spot, let the emotion that was stored there surface & allowed what ever needed to happen happen. I have another blodclot on my right ankle from the last flight and will be doing the exact same 🤩 and trust that I will be able to habe joy ad happyness flow through me like there is no stopping it, reversing all the varicose veins and just general circulation symptoms!

This is where it get a bit more whoo whoo:

Some strange energy had taken up residence in my field and tried to strangel me when I fell asleep. No problem! Place my attention on my throat, allowed & caught/vomited out what ever it was.

Walked into one of the places I stayed & fear came up… i lit a whole bunch of sage insence sticks & went to sleep. At 5:55 i got up to go to the bathroom. Why 5:55? I don’t know 😂 Heading back to bead the bathroom door that i had shut, sprung open! Some part of me knew I somehow perceive the orher side but had been scared to make that step… but not that night! No fear, i just went for it: explained to all the spirits, and had no doubt it was many stuck between the worlds, that they had died, that there is a life after death etc etc and I guess they we able to make that step and go into the light as i was left to sleep after that.

The owners mother left a message for her daughter that I gave on the next day. I told the daughter’s husband (who transelated for his wife/ the daughter of the lady in spirit) it was a dream during which I was shown a praying necklace used by the christians to pray to mother Mary, a pink dusty punk bow and the message that she will be back… i have no clue what all of that means but said it anyway! Sometime ago I would have had selfsoubt and not trusted what came through! However The husband immediately (without me saying who it was who gabe me this information ) recognized the message of being from his wife’s deceased mother!

Trust trust trust! I have an abundance of it and it is ever growing!
