Earlier I had an agreement with my 15 year old son that I will buy a PC Gamer for him and in return he do CH meditation daily with me. Few days later he came back to me and ask how long does he have to continue with this meditation. With his temper he already destroyed 2 laptops, the new one is next if he cannot control his anger. I told him that I cannot do this alone and I needed his strength and support, so now he just does it willingly because he feels responsible instead of feeling guilty 😬 Every day he aligns himself with his true self and he meditates with me.

That was a month ago and today what a surprise, we've got a bonus! He walk from the main school gate all the way to the car (maybe 50m in distance under hot sun) while other students was looking at him like he just lost his mind 🤣🤣 he was smiling and feeling proud of himself wearing sunglasses with fake flower attached to it🤪, something the opposite of his character!! Even I was so amused and wondering what happened to my son 😂😂
