I have been shaken open with Another level of healing !

For two days I was suffering from inexplicable muscle spasms

in my diaphragm and through my body . I could not sit up straight or the cramping felt like a bear trap clamping down on my abdomen.

As CC led us through our bodies this here that that, he spoke muscle spasms cramping, a mighty wind shook my body like a leafy tree, bowing and shivering against gale force winds. A tropical breeze blew into my face and I inhaled the healing into my diaphragm.

The windstorm left my limbs a little weak but I could stretch tall again.

The wind on my face , the light above me and within me is all that remains as the storm has passed.

Healing and regrowth my companion now.
