Since I started CH at the end of January my caregivers can lift my arms without pain for more than 20cm. Normally only 2cm with a lot of pain.

This also made it possible for me to go in my hoist for transfer to my wheelchair after one year in my bed🙏

The first time I tried was the day my first grandchild was born (9-5-2024), I was so decided to visit her that I felt help, energy, flow etc so that transfer, travel and visit went without any pain, also not the day after.

I’m so grateful that I could see her in person 💕🙏💕
