Since the very first day of this echo I have grown exponentially. Spiritual connection, awareness, clarity with eyes to see and ears to listen…carefully! The first 24 hours were amazing. My car broke down an hour away from home and had to be towed home by a wonderful young man from AAA who had been through a lot recently. We chatted on the whole way and found out his mother left him as a baby and he would like to find her. She came through asking me to help him. Patricia Williams is her name. (is she here?)

Today I am more focused on my journey than I’ve ever been before. Suddenly realizing that THE PRACTICE is everything , like the fuel in your car to move forward , like the spark plugs that fire up the engine ….one thats misfiring, not connecting ( yes that one) Consciousness showing me 😊 realizing the gifts we have are the light we share 🤩 being kind to ourselves first is the maintenance required to expand our love and beingness into that Joyous FEELgood Expansion 🙌so grateful 🙏
