I UNSHACKLED...!
When I signed in to do 2.0 today, I actually thought we were doing Shiva's tunnel.
So when Cornelius asked for someone to give an example of a "story" we tell ourselves, I automatically raised my hand and blurted out a private memory without even THINKING!
Clearly Consciousness was guiding me.
A great example of how efficient ONEO is!
Because I was so relaxed and present, (thanks to a CH session 90 minutes earlier...) I was able to speak my truth!
I realized that I had buried this event so deeply so when we did the work, (as painful as it was to recall the memory,) I was able to transcend the illuson (that I was responsible for the abusive event), and lovingly integrate it in the moment by... unshackling!!!
Oh, and it helped a FUCK OF A LOT that sweet, empathic Cornelius and Consciousness were with me the whole way!
