My yoga instructor was staring at me today. I said to myself: Hummm, why is that? I then realized that I am not yes not, wearing my sunglasses. The lights did not bother me!!! Had been 11 years, living in my sunglasses inside and outside. I am healing, getting to healed, more every day. I had a brain injury with many symptoms, barely functional, and last year 2023 there was a shift. After, six months, or so, with the sessions, I was definitely thinking more clearly.
