I wake every morning with joy and gratitude for having another day on this earth to experience life as a human. I take a deep breath in and am grateful for the ability to breath. I look out my window, with great gratitude, at the beautiful trees that are around me and thank them for the oxygen that helps me live. I am grateful for my eyes that help me see the beauty all around me, my ears that help me hear the most amazing sounds, my sense of smell that allows me smell the beautiful arouma of life, my sense of taste and touch.
