I am ghost-writing 👻✍🏻 this on behalf of Michel, my husband,💘 who is not entirely fluent in English.

In December, with ECHO N°5 "Optimal Physical & Mental Health", a pain in the lower back that I have had for about 50 (fifty) years has GONE!

In January, I chose ECHO N°11 "Coherence, Harmony & Balance", which has allowed me more time to do things.

I stepped out of my rational, orderly, work habit to attend to my personal needs, without being tortured inside by my 'failure' to keep up with my work.

I wasn't 'broken inside' as I would normally have been.

I see that I am much more flexible, able to pass comfortably from one thing to another. Now I allow myself time for relaxation and pleasure, rather than forever postponing my fun until I have done ALL my (never-ending) work.

I even use my dream time to find solutions for work, or anything I want to accomplish, any problem-solving.

I even managed to consciously disagree WHILE SLEEPING, with my nightmare, for which I felt very good.

Life does not need to be like a nightmare. Life is FINE! 🚵🏻‍♂️🦅🏔️
