It was to breathe in One into my heart with love and compassion and exhale O to what I want healed. Suddenly my whole body was full of pain and I was twisting and turning the pain was in my back and moved throughout my torso it was was suddenly excruciating, beyond belief . Just when I thought I could not stand the pain any more, Cornelius directed us to stop the One O BREATHING and breathe naturally. Above my head he placed a dot with in a circle ⭕️ and all I felt was the love and joy we have shared all your life. And I was awash in light, free of all pain and sadness.
