I was just sitting in my living room looking out my windows and thinking about the last week and some of the experiences I had….. then it hit me💥 this is my life.

I cracked up and here’s why…

So, my energy practice group this morning with Dr. Maximillian, (yup that’s his name , guy from Germany that looks super young and already has a doctorate and a law degree and is now working on his doctorate in something to do with energy…. He’s like doctor Who…. 😁) work while we talked about our weird experiences and toned up our focus skills to play in energy. Talking to my food while I make brunch, chatting with a friend about mentally talking with dolphins 🐬 in her last trip to Hawaii. Then my New friend in Switzerland 🇨🇭, who I met in class, shared her multidimensional experiences and then we practiced our meditations and cracked jokes about outer body experiences but in German. 😁.

So, has my life changed???🤔

I couldn’t stop laughing how wild and wonderful the characters of my life have become and how genuine in nature they are, where I feel seen and heard 🫀

And I’m now typing this in as I sit in my living home in alaska free from stress snuggling up with my dog Lily and having these amazing experiences. And some bad shit happened during this week but … it transformed into a lesson that opened me up wised me up and shut me up 😎😁😆😌 and im feeling lighter more and more
